We disclose your personal information to the following persons or in the following scenarios.

Police services
Information we collect and process about you may be disclosed to police services in Ontario at their request.
Legal proceedings
We may be compelled to share your information with a court of law or other person(s) or entity/entities with jurisdiction to compel production of such information.


In addition to the sharing described in this policy, we will share your information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of OACP when we have your consent to do so, unless otherwise compelled. We may also disclose your personal information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
