Financial Assistance Initiative for Candidates

Resource Assistance Package for OACP Certificate Candidates

The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP), and TNT Justice Consultants, have taken the initiative to establish partnerships with multiple employment centres across Ontario to better support individuals pursuing careers in policing.

The goal of this initiative is to help candidates gain access to valuable services and resources, including financial assistance programs, employment development supports, career counselling, training opportunities, and job-readiness services. Through these partnerships, the OACP Certificate Office works closely with employment centres and support organizations to help ensure candidates receive meaningful guidance and assistance throughout the police recruitment process.
